ORDER PROCESSING:‬
‭Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you‬
‭know your order is on the way!‬

*Please note: Our carriers (USPS and UPS) do not consider the day your order leaves our warehouse to be a day in transit. For example, if you order on a Monday morning and we ship it that same Monday with 2nd Day Air, your package is expected to be delivered by end of day Wednesday. If you order on a Friday afternoon and your package is shipped the following Monday with 2nd Day Air, your package is also expected to be delivered by end of day Wednesday.

Our Fly Shop/Distribution Center is located in Grand Junction, Colorado.  Standard shipping delivery ranges from 3-4 business days within Pacific and Mountain states, up to 5-7 business days for Central and Eastern states.

Additional shipping charges for large or heavy items (large waders, nets, large bags, luggage, and the like) may apply, and will be calculated and added after your purchase (due to the fact that accurate shipping charges can only be calculated based on your shipping address and total box size and weight). If there are additional shipping charges accrued for shipping a large or heavy item, we will contact you via email or phone call to settle up on the shipping charges before we can ship your item.  

TRACKING INFORMATION will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information, and you provided an email at the time of purchase, and believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if our email to you is there. Packages are delivered without a signature required, to provide greater customer convenience. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please email orders@westernanglers.com and request a signature requirement be added to your order.

‭Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:30am to 5:30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for‬ pick up!

CALIFORNIA / NEW YORK: Due to new product regulations effective 1/1/25, we can no longer ship to any address in the state of California or New York. We apologize for any inconvenience. Any order completed with CA or NY shipping addresses will not be processed. Refunds will be subject to a 10% service fee.
