Return and Refund Policy:
30 Day Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy (on full priced items only), which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
*ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL. Clearance/sale items, are not full priced items.*
To be eligible for a return, your full priced item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take pictures or videos to document damage, with date and time of damage in comparison to date you received the order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, clearance/sale items, used items, and the like), in addition to custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, custom size orders), in addition to personal care goods (such as undergarments, beauty products like chapstick, and more). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards- all clearance sales are final, clearance sales meaning items that are on clearance or have an additional discount or additional sale price and no longer being sold at full price, as these items are often discontinued, last seasons products, etc. and therefore no longer eligible or acceptable for returns or resell.
Restocking Fee: Certain returns may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee. This fee will be applied on a case-by-case basis to cover additional processing, handling, and restocking fees, boxes, shipping labels, etc. In addition, outlier circumstances — such as refunds/returns outside of our standard return policy, or for rare cases where items that are typically considered non-refundable, but that are approved at management’s discretion, will be subject to this restocking fee.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (in the case you are looking for an exchange and not a return), is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the new order, we will immediately ship out your new order to get it to you as quick as possible, and once the return is back and accepted by management, you will be issued a return for the original product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
